Album Info:Photo I bought. On back of photo “Operating on former Penn Central trackage, a Western Ohio locomotive moves on the line between Coldwater and St. Henry.” Unknown photographer and exact location. Markings on back look like it was used in Plain Dealer Sunday Magazine September 18, 1977. Known locally as the Zitter Railroad for the owner of Western Ohio, Tom Zitter. WO operated from Ansonia to Mersman Tables in Celina. Trackage is former Cincinnati Northern, CCC&StL (Big 4), NYC, and then Penn Central. Western Ohio started operation in 1976. Track is gone. I showed Tom this photo. Tom said the hoppers would be for St. Henry. He did not know who took this photo. He said he did not take photos but should have.
